The Pinto Dam is what hold the water inside Billy Clapp Lake. This is yet another vital part of the Columbia Basin Irrigation Project. Here is a look at the back side of the dam. There are a couple of places to access the water for boating and fishing, and Summer Falls, a seasonal waterfall flows into the lake on its northern end.
